Storm signs

A storm is coming. There are signs. Today we look at the satellite photo. In the time of John the Baptist, who is featured in Luke’s Gospel from the Roman Catholic Lectionary, the special birth was marked in Hebrew tradition by signs like the barren giving birth, often in old age. The storm of John the Baptist called attention to the Divine desire to renew the relationship with people. The Promise of the presence of God among His people is the hope of all ages.
